Everyone making an income will fall into one of the four categories of earners. Each one is earning money, but which will build wealth? Which will be able to create the life they desire? Let’s look at how each of us fits into one of these categories:
- Employee: This is the person that has a job and chooses to work for other people. They trade their time for money.
- Self-employed: This person works for themselves – They make their schedule & dictate terms for earning an income. They own their jobs, and their role needs them to be successful. They find themselves stuck in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Business owners: This person is the visionary. Therefore, they have created processes and systems so the business creates profits without them needing to be there.
- Investors: This person is earning an income from an asset. The asset is doing the work and generating an income. The investor understands how to have their money MAKE MORE money for them.
The way you generate your income can shift
What if I told you that you could change from one category to another reasonably easily? And, what if being an employee is holding you back from creating the life you desire? Would you be interested to know about other ways to generate income like an investor?
You need a different kind of education
If you desire better results in your life – ask better questions. Financial education gives you the tools to be able to move out of one category into another. Stop choosing to build others dreams, build your own. Thus, make the shift from building a career to
building an investment portfolio. There is no such thing as job security. Moreover, a job can be eliminated and your paycheck disappears – then what? When you know how to build businesses and acquire assets you begin to create wealth. The same applies to real estate investing. The better your financial education and knowledge of property buying, the more likely you are to create financial freedom. Most importantly, moving from one earning category to another starts with a mindset shift. You must believe you can do it.
Don’t try this alone
Deciding to create financial freedom comes with some risks. Limit those risks by investing in a mentor and allow the journey to begin. A mentor is someone who has done what you want to do and they have ALREADY created the success you desire. Therefore, they can guide you through your next steps & help you achieve your financial freedom sooner than trying to do it alone.
